Here is our 8 week ultrasound picture - another advantage to having a fertility doctor is early ultrasound pictures! (If you click on the picture it will open it in another window where it's easier to see the baby). At our appointment last Thursday we were also able to hear the baby's heartbeat. We were able to see the flickering heartbeat at the 6 week ultrasound but it was definitely surreal to hear that infamous whoosh, whoosh, whoosh sound. Hey guys, congratulations! I remember the first time I heard that sound too... it was incredible. Did they turn the filter on that shows the blood flow? It's wild stuff.
