Carter wasn't so sure at first....
Last weekend we took at short drive to the Ionia Free Fair with TJ's parents, so Carter could experience his first time on the ferris wheel and carousel. Mommy doesn't care too much for fairs (large crowds of strange people don't make a good time in my opinion) but I guess that Carter takes after Daddy because he had a smile on his face the entire time. Carter acted like such a big boy on the carousel sitting on the horse (couldn't find a blue one so he had to ride the manly pink one!) with one hand on the pole and the other hand out waving to people as spun by. The next adventure for Carter was riding the ferris wheel with Papa and Daddy (Mommmy and Nana let the boys go on thier own since neither of us are big fans of heights). So hard to believe that last year at this time I was a little over a week away from having Carter and now here he is riding rides at the fair.
Seriously, where does time go.......only 8 more days until Carter's first birthday and his baseball party!
