Catch Up

This is going to be a random mix of things....since Carter is taking a nap in his crib I have a few minutes to update the blog.

First I want to remember everything from his four month wellness check that he had almost three weeks ago. He was such a strong little guy and barely cried when he got his shots. This time he was given three shots (Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis, Influenza Type B, Hepatitis B, Polio, Pneumococcal) and one oral shot, Rotovirus.

Here are his stats at four months: Such a tiny peanut still, but long!
Height: 25 1/2 inches (71th percentile)
Weight: 13 pounds, 0 ounces (16th percentile)
Head Circumference: 40.1 (21th percentile)

I never had time to write about our trip to the tree farm to cut down our Christmas tree. We went the first Saturday in December with Nana and Papa (TJ's parents) to Tannenbaum Tree Farm. Carter decided that he would rather sleep than partake in the fun so we had to keep him in his carseat and carry him with us. Seemed like a good idea in the beginning but he soon became very heavy to carry so we decided to try putting the carseat on the cart that you use to carry the trees. It fit perfect - probably looked funny but worked great!

Here is the tree we cut down all decorated:
